Distance Sales Agreement.

BUYER. The person who places the order on www.abatestsprep.com; their name, address, telephone and email appear in the agreement made for the order.

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in respect of the sale and performance of the service, whose characteristics and sale price are set out below, that the BUYER orders electronically through the SELLER’s website.

Service. The packages sold on www.abatestsprep.com. Packages contain practice exams, courses, resources and training videos; the scope of each package is written in the agreement made for the order.

Access period. The period stated for the package, counted from the date the account details are emailed to the buyer.

A payment is valid only for the SERVICE PACKAGE it was made for. The amount paid cannot be exchanged for, or set off against, other service packages.

Price. The amount shown on screen at the moment of purchase and approved by the BUYER, inclusive of VAT and all taxes.

Payment method. By credit or debit card, as a single payment on Garanti BBVA’s secure payment page with 3D Secure verification. The SELLER charges no shipping, delivery or similar additional cost.

The BUYER accepts that, before starting the payment, they have read the Pre-Contract Information Form and this agreement and approved them electronically. The agreement is formed when the payment is approved. The SELLER sends the agreement and the Pre-Contract Information Form to the BUYER on a durable medium (email).

Once the payment is approved, the package is assigned to the BUYER’s ABA Tests Prep portal account: the package’s content appears in the account and the Honeycomb that comes with the package is added to it. The BUYER opens each piece of content with Honeycomb; content once opened stays open after the access period ends. The account details are sent by email. The access period starts from this moment.

The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days of the date the agreement is formed, that is, the date the account details are emailed to the buyer after the payment is completed.

Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing within this period to the SELLER’s email address hello@abatestsprep.com or to the address Bebek, İnşirah Sokağı, Kerem Apt. No: 29 D:7, 34342 Beşiktaş/İstanbul.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amount paid is refunded to the card used for the payment within 14 business days at the latest of the date the notice of withdrawal reaches the SELLER.

When the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised or is lost: the buyer’s right of withdrawal ends once 14 days have passed since the account details email was sent to the buyer.

Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence.

Card details are entered only on Garanti BBVA’s payment page; the SELLER neither sees nor stores card details.

For disputes that may arise from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force at the moment the payment is approved.
