Service Terms.

Age limit. You must be at least 13 (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use the ABA Tests Prep services.

Responsibility. Keeping your account and password confidential is your responsibility. You are held responsible for all activity under your account.

Automatic renewal. When a paid membership is purchased for ABA Tests Prep, it renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the membership period ends.

Charging. The renewal fee is taken from your stored payment method — credit card, Apple App Store or Google Play — within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

There is no partial refund. If you cancel your subscription mid-period, no partial refund is made for the remaining days. Cancelling only prevents the next period from being billed.

If you purchased through the mobile app, ABA Tests Prep has no authority to issue a refund directly. Refund requests must be made through Apple’s Report a Problem or Google Play Subscriptions.

ABA Tests Prep reserves the right to change, suspend or entirely discontinue the features, prices and content of the services or subscriptions it offers, at its own discretion.

Price changes are notified to users in advance and take effect in the new period.

You own the content you upload to the platform or share in the forums; however, you are deemed to have granted ABA Tests Prep a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, copy and distribute that content.

Profanity, hate speech, copyright infringement and behaviour that harasses other users count as breaches of the ABA Tests Prep Community Rules and may lead to your account being permanently closed.

ABA Tests Prep provides the service “as is” and gives no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The company cannot be held legally liable for loss of data or streaks arising from technical faults.
