Account information you provide when you register: your name or username, email address, and optionally your target test date and score goals.

Usage data: the practice questions you attempt, your answers, scores, streaks and progress.

Device and technical data: device type, operating system, application version, language and anonymous identifiers used for analytics and crash reporting.

We do not collect payment-card numbers inside the Service; any purchases are processed by our payment provider under their own terms.

To provide and personalise your study experience; to track and display your progress; to send service-related messages; to improve and secure the Service; to respond to support requests; and to meet legal obligations.

Where you opt in, we may send occasional educational or product updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Where the KVKK (Türkiye), GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of our contract with you; your consent (for optional communications and certain analytics); our legitimate interests in improving and securing the Service; and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who host, analyse or support the Service under confidentiality obligations; the payment processor for purchases; and authorities where legally required.

In a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We keep personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period unless longer retention is legally required. You may request deletion at any time.

The Service is intended for students aged 13 and above. Where a user is below the age at which consent is legally required (which varies by country), we do not knowingly collect their personal data without verifiable parental or guardian consent, and we limit collection to what is necessary to provide the Service.

Parents or guardians may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child’s information by contacting hello@abatestsprep.com. We do not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to use the Service.

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent.
